Terms of service constitute the legal agreement between a service provider and users of that service. Well-drafted terms of service clarify expectations and help service providers mitigate risk. This webinar will provide drafting pointers for U.S.-based companies. 

 

This webinar will also focus on mandatory arbitration provisions and class action waivers. We’ll provide advice on minimizing the downfalls and fee exposure of mass arbitration.
