Davis and Mark Merriman are speakers during NYU's Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law’s annual symposium titled, “The Step Ahead: The Return of Broadway in the Age of Coronavirus.” The symposium focuses on the various legal issues that arise in the return of Broadway—both online or in person and aims to explore the legal issues from different perspectives and different areas of the law. Lisa moderates and Mark is a panelist for the session, “Profits vs Access: Intellectual Property Rights Issues in Broadway.”
