Leitner, Blockchain Technology Co-Chair Hannah Taylor, and Shira Helstrom from Morgan Lewis present, “Keeping up with the Cryptdashians: Technology and Cyberspace” during a program for the American Bar Association’s Nonprofit Organizations Committee. The panel explores the legal issues in technology and cyberspace from the perspective of advising or serving on a nonprofit organization board of directors. Topics include accepting gifts of or investing in cryptocurrency, managing non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and considering how decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs) may impact nonprofit governance.
