Blockchain Technology Practice Group Co-Chair Jeremy S. Goldman is a speaker during the session, “Legal Issues with Blockchain Games, NFTs and Metaverses” at the 9th Video Game Bar Association Summit. The panel covers cover an array of legal issues that arise with Blockchain Games, NFTs and Metaverses including: IP protection, licensing and enforcement; securities and sanctions issues; money laundering; gambling; and effective terms of service and governance. Other speakers include Will Conley of Perkins Coie, Ira Lam of Superlayer Labs, and Jim Gatto of Sheppard Mullin who moderates the session.
