Alejandro Palma is an Associate in the Trademark & Brand Management Group at Frankfurt Kurnit Klein & Selz, where he advises clients on all aspects of domestic and international brand building and protection.

His practice focuses on trademark prosecution, enforcement strategies, and comprehensive brand-protection programs for clients in the consumer goods, entertainment, sports, media, advertising, and technology sectors.

Before joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Alejandro practiced at a boutique intellectual property firm in New York, managing a high-volume trademark docket and counseling entrepreneurs, small-business owners, creative agencies, and established brands. In that role, he developed and implemented trademark prosecution and brand-protection strategies across a wide range of industries and provided full-service trademark counseling in both English and Spanish as a bilingual attorney.

Outside of his legal practice, Alejandro has a background in music, with original work garnering millions of streams, high-profile festival performances, and industry/awards recognition – including a Gold CLIO Music Award in 2017. His creative experience contributes to his practical understanding of branding-focused industries.

Alejandro earned his J.D. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York City with a focus in Intellectual Property, and is admitted to practice in New York.
