Erik Tuvey is an associate in the Advertising, Marketing & Public Relations Group at Frankfurt Kurnit.

Erik advises a wide range of clients, from startups to large, international brands, on a variety of advertising, marketing, and promotions issues. He regularly advises on federal, state and local advertising laws and regulations, claim substantiation, pricing and price advertising, recurring subscriptions, loyalty and rewards programs, contests and sweepstakes, influencer agreements and guidelines, agency and media services agreements, sponsorship agreements, and product end-of-life issues. Erik specializes in advising on complex issues and new technologies that present novel challenges within existing and evolving legal frameworks. Pragmatic and commercially minded, Erik focuses on providing to-the-point guidance that helps clients effectively digest the legal implications and risk of their proposed marketing strategies.

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Erik was an IP attorney at Perkins Coie LLP in Seattle, a foreign practicing attorney at Negota AS in Oslo, Norway, and a corporate finance associate at Linklaters LLP in London and New York. Erik is admitted to practice in New York, Washington, and England & Wales.
