Adam J. Osterweil
Adam J. Osterweil is a partner and chair of the Estate Planning & Administration Group, focusing on estate, gift and income tax planning, as well as estate and trust administration and charitable giving.
Mr. Osterweil helps move clients toward their estate planning goals by drafting wills, revocable trusts and irrevocable trusts for estate and tax planning purposes. Mr. Osterweil also works with Executors and Trustees in all aspects of estate and trust administration.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mr. Osterweil was an associate in the Private Clients Group of Cummings & Lockwood, LLC advising clients on estate planning and estate and trust administration.
Mr. Osterweil is on the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of NYC. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, and Connecticut Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey state courts.
