Camilla Chan

Ms. Chan’s clients include publicly traded companies, small businesses, high net worth individuals, and celebrities. Ms. Chan helps clients evaluate business and legal risk and execute litigation, pre-litigation, and settlement strategies. An experienced trial lawyer, she manages every facet of a litigation from inception to resolution.

In her entertainment and intellectual property litigation practice, Ms. Chan represents actors, writers, directors, film financiers, and production companies. She represents clients on profit participation matters, completion guarantees, contract disputes, credit disputes, insurance, and a wide variety of other entertainment and intellectual property matters. She also advises individual talent in ancillary business initiatives.

In her commercial litigation practice, she represents large and small companies in all types of contract, partnership, and other business disputes.  She also has extensive experience representing businesses in the cannabis, restaurant, and real estate industries.

Ms. Chan is proud to contribute to efforts to expand opportunities for students and young adults. She has worked with Communities in Schools Los Angeles to create a mentorship program that connects high school students from historically marginalized communities with mentors in the legal profession. She serves as a mentor for young women through Girls with Impact. She has also worked with the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, volunteering at various legal clinics and representing clients seeking domestic violence restraining orders.

Ms. Chan is a member of the Board of Governors of the Century City Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in California and Washington, D.C.
