Michael Salik

Mr. Salik’s practice primarily focuses on litigation and counseling in copyright, trademark, trade dress, right of publicity, internet/social media and advertising law.

Mr. Salik represents and advises clients in a range of industries, including sports, entertainment, music, media, gaming and technology. His experience includes representing individuals and business entities in all phases of litigation in both state and federal courts.

Mr. Salik received his law degree from Fordham Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review and competed and coached on the International Baseball Arbitration Competition team.  Mr. Salik graduated Fordham Law Magna Cum Laude and was elected to the Order of the Coif.  He received his undergraduate degree from Northwestern University.

Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mr. Salik was an intellectual property litigation associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He is admitted to practice in the State of New York and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
