Jesse Klinger
Jesse Klinger is counsel to the Litigation Group, focusing on complex commercial litigation.
He represents clients in high-stakes business disputes involving professional liability, employment, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, false advertising, and intellectual property issues.
Mr. Klinger has particular expertise in professional liability matters, including legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty litigation, partnership breakups, and fee disputes. Mr. Klinger serves as Co-Chair of the New York State Bar Associations’ Committee on Ethics and Professionalism in the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section.
Mr. Klinger has significant experience representing and advising employers and employees in employment disputes. Super Lawyers magazine named him a 2024 and 2025 “Rising Star” in Employment Litigation.
Mr. Klinger has been a member of successful trial teams in federal and state courts. He has substantial experience handling appeals, government investigations, and alternative dispute resolution. Mr. Klinger also represents businesses with respect to trademark and false advertising matters.
Prior to joining Frankfurt Kurnit, Mr. Klinger was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Mr. Klinger is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
